I am Juan Pablo Galarce De Andraca, real estate founder and developer of Lomas De Andraca. I personally invite you to invest in this project that focuses on a good quality of life and gathers the very best of Patagonia.
Located in the charming city of Trevelin, I chose this lot for my family and I to live at. Granted it’s gorgeous natural landscapes, safety and a family oriented lifestyle.
Hence it’s urbanization, we decided to share our little paradise with like minded families who have similar life goals as us. The reason why I do sales directly is because it is my full intention to get to know my neighbors.

We are a family with and extensive background in regional tourism . For more than 15 years we managed Futa Lodge, a prestigious fly fishing lodge in Futaleufú, only 35 miles from Trevelin. That great experience has made us value the beauty of Patagonia and recognize the dedication necessary to upkeep and enjoy it.
We make an effort to face this project as gently and consciously as we can as entrepreneurs with a high attention to detail.
